- How long do I have as a buyer to inspect the goods?
- - After receiving the goods, you have 5 days to inspect them. You must either confirm receipt or file a complaint no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods. If we have not received a complaint by the 6th day after delivery of the goods, we will automatically transfer the escrow amount to the seller's bank account.
- What happens if the buyer refuses to accept the goods?
- In this case, the goods will be returned to the seller. The buyer will receive the payment amount, after deduction of the escrow fee, transferred from our escrow account to their bank account.
